Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on November 1, 2014 by Kathrina J. Solomon, a single person, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Nationstar Mortgage LLC, and recorded in RLPY Book 2014 at Page 57636 on December 30, 2014, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper as reflected by instrument recorded in RLPY Book 2016, Page 33124 of the same Office. Shapiro and Ingle, L.L.P., as counsel for Mortgagee or Transferee and under and by virtue of power of sale contained in the said mortgage will, on January 3, 2018, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder in front of the main entrance of the Limestone County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Athens, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to wit:

SAID TRACT CONTAINS 0.9 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND IS THE SAME PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS TRACT "B" IN THAT CERTIFICATE TO SUBDIVIDE DATED JUNE 13, 1979 AND APPROVED BY THE ATHENS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION ON JULY 10, 1979, WHICH SAID CERTIFICATE TO SUBDIVIDE IS RECORDED IN LIMESTONE COUNTY, ALABAMA PROBATE OFFICE.
