A. Pursuant to sect.6-6-560, sect.6-6-561, sect.6-6-563, sect.6-6-564, sect.35-4-131 of the Code of Alabama 1975, as last amended, and Rule 4.3 of the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure, as last amended, notice is hereby given to the following persons and entities (the "Unknown Defendants") that on November 26, 2025, Virginia Carol Usery, Grady Warren Usery and Charles L. Hammond ("Plaintiffs") filed in the Circuit Court of Limestone County, Alabama, as Civil Action Number CV-2025-90052400, which is now pending in said Court, a verified Complaint against Unknown Defendants:

Thence along the east boundary of Ballew's property, generally with a fence, North 02deg.01'23" East 1185.01 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 242.73 acres, more or less ("Real Estate").
B. The object of the Complaint is to establish the right or title to the Real Estate and to clear up all doubts or disputes concerning the same.
C. The demand for relief made in the Complaint is to establish that Plaintiffs are the owner of the Real Estate and have a fee simple title thereto, free of, and as against any and all persons and entities, both known and unknown, who claim, or are reputed to claim, the Real Estate, any title to, interest in, lien or encumbrance thereon, or any part thereof, or any interest therein.
D. PURSUANT TO sect.6-6-565 OF THE CODE OF ALABAMA OF 1975, AS LAST AMENDED, AND TO RULE 4.3 OF THE ALABAMA RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, AS LAST AMENDED, EACH DEFENDANT IS REQUIRED TO ANSWER TO THE ALLEGATIONS OF PLAINTIFFS' COMPLAINT IN THE AFORESAID ACTION WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE LAST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
E. FAILURE OF ANY DEFENDANT TO ANSWER TO THE ALLEGATIONS OF PLAINTIFFS' COMPLAINT MAY RESULT IN THE GRANTING OF THE RELIEF REQUESTED BY PLAINTIFFS IN THEIR COMPLAINT AGAINST SUCH DEFENDANT.
F. Each Defendant's answer to the allegations of Plaintiffs' Complaint may be mailed or delivered at any time to James M. G. It is hereby directed that this Notice shall be published in The News Courier, a newspaper of general circulation in Limestone County, Alabama, once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks.
H. It is hereby directed that a copy of this Notice of Pendency of Civil Action (Lis Pendens) certified as being a correct, full, genuine and true copy hereof by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Limestone County, Alabama, shall also be recorded as a lis pendens in the office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama.

B. The object of the Complaint is to establish the right or title to the Real Estate and to clear up all doubts or disputes concerning the same.
C. The demand for relief made in the Complaint is to establish that Plaintiffs are the owner of the Real Estate and have a fee simple title thereto, free of, and as against any and all persons and entities, both known and unknown, who claim, or are reputed to claim, the Real Estate, any title to, interest in, lien or encumbrance thereon, or any part thereof, or any interest therein.
D. PURSUANT TO sect.6-6-565 OF THE CODE OF ALABAMA OF 1975, AS LAST AMENDED, AND TO RULE 4.3 OF THE ALABAMA RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, AS LAST AMENDED, EACH DEFENDANT IS REQUIRED TO ANSWER TO THE ALLEGATIONS OF PLAINTIFFS' COMPLAINT IN THE AFORESAID ACTION WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE LAST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
E. FAILURE OF ANY DEFENDANT TO ANSWER TO THE ALLEGATIONS OF PLAINTIFFS' COMPLAINT MAY RESULT IN THE GRANTING OF THE RELIEF REQUESTED BY PLAINTIFFS IN THEIR COMPLAINT AGAINST SUCH DEFENDANT.

It is hereby directed that a copy of this Notice of Pendency of Civil Action (Lis Pendens) certified as being a correct, full, genuine and true copy hereof by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Limestone County, Alabama, shall also be recorded as a lis pendens in the office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama.
