NOTICE OF HEARING
TO: Jeff Hargrove; Ethan Joe Watkins; Kristie Watkins; Evilin W. Lester; Brenda W. Clark; and Debra W. Gray, who are all named and identified in a Petition for the Sale of Real Estate filed in the above-styled matter as heirs of Kirby Toney Watkins, a/k/a Kirby Tony Watkins, and "whose address and age are unknown after a diligent search"; and
Any unknown heirs of Kirby Toney Watkins, a/k/a Kirby Tony Watkins, Deceased, including but not limited to the heirs of Michael Watkins, who is named and identified in a Petition for the Sale of Real Estate filed in the above-styled matter as a deceased heir of Kirby Toney Watkins, a/k/a Kirby Tony Watkins, whose identities are unknown.
Please take notice that Petitioner Samuel Roy Watkins, Jr., together with his attorney, the Hon. James M. Corder, filed with this Court a Petition for the Sale of Real Estate with Exhibits thereto. The real estate identified in said Petition is located at 25236 New Bethel Road, Elkmont, Alabama 35620.
Please also take notice that pursuant to the Order Scheduling Hearing entered by this Court on June 11, 2025, a hearing on said Petition for the Sale of Real Estate with Exhibits thereto has been scheduled for August 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at which time you may appear and be heard. Said hearing will be held in the Limestone County Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex, 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611.
