NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED HEARING
TO: Anne Lee Christopher, who is named in a Petition and in a Amended Petition filed in the above-styled matter as one of the heirs and next of kin of Mary Lou Christopher Silas, and whose whereabouts are unknown.
Please take notice that on July 8, 2024, Petitioners William Spencer and Phyllis Spencer filed with this Court a Petition of William Spencer and Phyllis Spencer for the Probate of the Last Will and Testament of Mary Lou Christopher Silas, and a document purporting to be a certified copy of the Last Will and Testament of Mary Lou Christopher Silas.
Please also take notice that on August 13, 2024, Petitioners William Spencer and Phyllis Spencer filed with this Court an Amended Petition of William Spencer and Phyllis Spencer for the Probate of the Last Will and Testament of Mary Lou Christopher Silas.
Please also take notice that on April 10, 2025, William Spencer and Phyllis Spencer, as Petitioners, by and through their undersigned counsel, filed with this Court a Motion to Reset Hearing and to Order Service by Publication, which said Motion is executed by the Hon. Britley L. Brown.
Please further take notice that pursuant to the an Order Rescheduling Hearing entered by this Court on April 17, 2025, a hearing on said Petition and on said Amended Petition has been rescheduled for June 18, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex, 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611. You may appear at said hearing and in accordance with Alabama law may contest the same, if you see proper.
