Byrd R. Latham, and that thirty (30) days after this Notice is published and pursuant to Section 43-2-692, Code of Alabama (1975, as amended), the Court shall be requested to entered an Order directing summary distribution of the estate of the decedent in accordance with the Last Will and Testament of Leta Maxine Overcast, which was also filed with this Court on April 17, 2025.
