NOTICE OF FILING OF
AFFIDAVIT OF SMALL ESTATE

Notice is hereby given that a verified Affidavit of Small Estate was filed with this Court on April 8, 2025, by Jennifer Smith, and that thirty (30) days after the Notice is published and pursuant to Section 43-2-692, Code of Alabama (1975, as amended), the Court shall be requested to entered an Order directing summary distribution of the estate of the decedent. All persons having claims, objection or business dealing against said estate are required to present same within the time allowed by law to the Limestone County Probate Court, 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611, or same will be forever barred.
