TO: Paula Jean Benston; Michael F. Hirsch; Dylan Hirsch; Judy Carol Johnson; Duncan Beatty; Derek Beatty; David Lee Bailey; Rita Kay Shaw; Kathy Smith; Gary L. Johnson; Western Surety Company; and any others interested in the Estate of Emogene Kennedy, Deceased.

Please take notice that pursuant to an Order Scheduling Final Settlement Hearing entered by this Court on June 12, 2025, a Final Settlement Hearing on the Petition for Final Settlement with Exhibits thereto filed with this Court by David Lee Bailey, as Personal Representative Cum Testamento Annexo of the Estate of Emogene Kennedy, Deceased, together with his attorney the Hon. Byrd R. Latham, has been scheduled for July 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at which time you may appear and be heard. Said Final Settlement Hearing will be held in the Limestone County Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex at 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611.
