YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that on the 5th day of June, 2025, a Complaint for Declaratory Judgement was filed in the Circuit Court of Limestone County, Alabama, seeking an Order directing the dissolution of the South Limestone Cooperative and the distribution of its assets in accordance with its governing documents, and that the 26th day of August, 2025, at 9 :00 o'clock AM, was appointed as a day and time for hearing said Complaint, at which time you can appear and contest said proceedings, if you see proper.
