In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975 notice is hereby given that Baird Contracting Co., Inc. has completed the Elkmont Regional Pump Station & Gravity Sewer for Limestone County Water & Sewer Authority had made request for final settlement of said Contract.
