Please take notice that pursuant to an Order Scheduling Final Settlement Hearing entered by this Court on May 28, 2026, a Final Settlement Hearing on two Petition for Final Settlement filed with this Court by Gene C. Pierce, Jr., Personal Representative of the Estate of Gene Carlyle Pierce, Sr., Deceased, has been scheduled for July 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., at which time you may appear and be heard. Said Final Settlement Hearing will be held in the Limestone County Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex at 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611.
