Under and by virtue of an Execution CV2024-900458.00, issued out of the Circuit Court of Limestone County, Alabama, on a judgment rendered therein, in which Mechanical Electrical Wholesale Supply (M.E.W.S.) is the Plaintiff, and Supreme Plumbing Heating & Cooling, Connor W. Norman are the Defendants, l, Joshua McLaughlin as Sheriff of Limestone County, Alabama, will sell to the highest, best, and last bidder for cash at Public Outcry whatever equity the Defendants may possess in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
All that part of the South of Section 11, Township 1 South, Range 3 West, Limestone County, Alabama, particularly described as beginning at a point in Gatlin Road that is located South 00 degrees 06 minutes 14 seconds East 300.79 feet from the center of the West boundary of said Section 11; Thence from the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING North 89 degrees 48 minutes 06 seconds East, 330 feet; Thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 14 seconds East 132 feet; thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 06 seconds West 330 feet to a point in Gatlin Road; Thence along said road North 00 degrees 06 minutes 14 seconds West, 132 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 1.0 acres, less 0.09 acres in right of way for Gatlin Road, leaving a net of 0.91 acres.
The above described real estate is conveyed subject to the restrictions recorded in the office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Fiche 98495, page 016.
The above described real estate is conveyed subject to any and all easements, restrictions, setback lines and/or zoning ordinances as may or may not be of record.
Said sale to be held during the Legal Hours of Sale, at 11:00 o'clock, Monday, June 29th, 2026, at the door, West-side of the Limestone County Courthouse.
