Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Catrina S. Foster, a married woman joined by her spouse, Jerry C. Foster, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for MortgageAmerica, Inc., its successors and assigns, on March 6, 2009, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, at RLPY Book 2009, Page 16054, as modified at RLPY Book 2022, Page 82381; the undersigned Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee of Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust F, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Limestone County, Alabama, on May 6, 2025, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit:
