Hobbs Street, in the City of Athens, Alabama, at 4:30 p.m., and at such time and place, all persons who desire shall have an opportunity of being heard in opposition to or in favor of the following proposed Ordinance. AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE +/- 2.4 ACRES (SEVEN POINTS VENTURES, INC.)
