NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Charles A. Gray, joined by Katherine S. Gray, husband and wife, signing as non titled spouse, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Freedom Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, on February 11, 2021, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, on February 23, 2021 at Book RLPY 2021, at Page 20644.
