NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Donna A. Bentley, single, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Freedom Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, on August 30, 2022, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, on September 21, 2022 at Book RLPY 2022, at Page 80942.
