Redmill, husband and wife, and recorded in RLPY Book 2014, Page 30133 and modified in and modified by agreement recorded February 25, 2021 in Book 2021, Page 21781, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2022-A as reflected by instrument recorded in RLPY Book 2025, Page 55183 of the same Office.
