The Defendants, 800 Lucas Street, Section 08, Township 03S, Range 04W in Limestone County, Alabama, Parcel No. 10-03-08-3-002-035.000; Isaac Rivers, Jr., Charlie V. Harris, theirs heirs and assigns; and A, B, & C, being all other persons, companies, and/or entities claiming any present, future, contingent, remainder, reversion, and/or other interest in said lands, and all unknown Defendants, all whose whereabouts are unknown, must answer the Complaint to Quiet Title now pending in the Circuit Court of Limestone County, Alabama. Said Complaint requires immediate action by the aforementioned persons. A final hearing in regard to the pending Complaint is currently set for the 4th day of August, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
