A QUANTITY OF LAWFUL UNITED STATES CURRENCY ($2,400.00) Said complaint alleges that said property was seized by the Athens Police Department and is now in the possession of the Athens Police Department. The State of Alabama prays that said property be forfeited to the Athens Police Department and the Limestone County District Attorney's Office.
