TO: Bobby W. Williams; Teresa Minshew; Courtney Deanne Johnson; Emily Jean Johnson; Richard Tyler Johnson; State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, and any others interested in the Estate of Daniela Faye Williams, Deceased

Please take notice that on May 7, 2025, Douglas C. Martinson, III, the Personal Representative of the Estate of Daniela Faye Williams, Deceased, filed with this Court a Personal Representative's Petition for Approval of Sale of Real & Personal Property with Exhibits thereto.

Please also take notice that on July 2, 2025, Douglas C. Martinson, III, the Personal Representative of the Estate of Daniela Faye Williams, Deceased, filed with this Court an Addendum for Personal Representative's Petition for Approval of Sale of Real & Personal Property with Exhibit thereto, and an Inventory with attachment thereto.

The real property and personal property identified in said Petition and in said Addendum that the Personal Representative proposes to sell by on-line auction are a house and lot located at 12557 Dickens Lane, Madison, Alabama 35758 and the household items and contacts therein.

Please further take notice that pursuant to an Order Scheduling Hearing entered by this Court on July 2, 2025, a hearing on the Personal Representative's Petition for Approval of Sale of Real & Personal Property with Exhibits thereto and on the Addendum for Personal Representative's Petition for Approval of Sale of Real & Personal Property with Exhibit thereto is hereby scheduled for August 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at which time you may appear and be heard. Said hearing will be held in the Limestone County Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex, 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611.
