Please take notice that pursuant to an Order Scheduling Final Settlement Hearing entered by this Court on April 24, 2026, a Final Settlement Hearing on the Petition for Final Settlement with Exhibits thereto filed with this Court by Daniel D. Dwyer, as Personal Representative in the above-styled matter, has been scheduled for June 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at which time you may appear and be heard. Said Final Settlement Hearing will be held in the Limestone County Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex at 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611.
