Please also take notice that pursuant to the Order Scheduling Hearing on Motion to Sell Real Property and Appointing Guardian ad Litem entered by this Court on April 8, 2025, a hearing on said Motion to Sell Real Property with Exhibits thereto has been scheduled for May 5, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., at which time you may appear and be heard.
