Please take notice that on August 12, 2026, William S. Pylant, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Mark Ryan Donoghue, Deceased, filed with this Court a Petition for the Sale of Property (By Consent).

Please also take notice that pursuant to the Order Scheduling Hearing entered by this Court on August 13, 2026, a hearing on said Petition for the Sale of Property (By Consent) has been scheduled for September 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., at which time you may appear and be heard. Said hearing will be held in the Limestone County Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex, 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611.
