TO: Any and all persons or entities having or claiming an interest in the following-described Real Property, or any portion thereof, any title thereto, or any encumbrance or lien thereon, including any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder or other interest in and to said Real Property, and the heirs or devisees of such person, if deceased, whose identities and whereabouts are unknown and cannot be ascertained after the exercise of reasonable diligence, including, but not limited to, all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of the Estate of Ed Fletcher, Deceased; all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of the Estate of Lillian Fletcher, Deceased; all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of the Estate of Gail Fletcher Hughes, Deceased; all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of the Estate of James Fletcher, Deceased; all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of the Estate of Ed Fletcher, Jr., Deceased; all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of the Estate of Levon Fletcher, Sr., Deceased; all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of the Estate of Natasha Lockett, Deceased; Lane Smith; Justin L. Harris; and Byron Batts.

The subject Real Property located at 28682 Maecille Drive, Madison, Alabama and the Real Property being condemned is described as:

A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 3 WEST, LIMESTONE COUNTY, ALABAMA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT THAT IS S. 88deg. 30' 59" E., 911.00 FEET FROM A FOUND RAILROAD SPIKE BEING THE SOUTH 1/4 CORNER OF SAID SECTION; THENCE N. 00deg. 40' 01" W., 16.74 FEET; THENCE S. 88deg. 48' 16" W., 133.99 FEET; THENCE S. 00deg. 40' 01" E., 17.42; THENCE N. 88deg. 30' 59" W., 134.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 2289 SQUARE FEET (OR 0.05 ACRES) OF LAND AND SUBJECT TO ANY EASEMENTS OF RECORD.

You are hereby notified the on the 10th day of July, 2026, an Application for Order of Condemnation was filed in the Probate Court, State of Alabama, County of Limestone, and a hearing on said Application has been scheduled for September 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex, 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611.

You are further notified that the following are the names of all parties to the action: LIMESTONE COUNTY, ALABAMA, Petitioner; and Defendants: ESTATE OF ED FLETCHER and ESTATE OF LILLIAN FLETCHER, and any and all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of said Estates, including but not limited to: PEGGY LOCKETT WARNER; NUNTRY FLETCHER; ESTATE OF GAIL FLETCHER HUGHES, and any and all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of said Estate, including but not limited to RANDY LEE WITCHARD; JACQUELINE FLETCHER JACKSON; SANDRA K. JACKSON; ESTATE OF JAMES FLETCHER, and any and all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of said Estate; ESTATE OF ED FLETCHER, JR., and any and all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of said Estate, including but not limited to LANE SMITH; ESTATE OF LEVON FLETCHER, SR., and any and all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of said Estate, including but not limited to TABITHA CAUDLE; QIANA BAKER; ASHLEY HEULETT; LEVON FLETCHER, JR.; JUSTIN L. HARRIS; BYRON BATTS; and ESTATE OF NATASHA LOCKETT, and any and all heirs, assigns, devisees and/or legatees of said Estate, including but not limited to NATAYZIA DE'SHAE HOWARD; and G. BRIAN PATTERSON, as the Limestone County Revenue Commissioner.

All persons having an interest in said Real Property or any portion thereof, claiming any title thereto or any encumbrance or lien thereon, are hereby directed to plead, answer, demur or otherwise respond to the Application for Order of Condemnation within 30 days of the date this Notice is last published, or else suffer judgment by default to be rendered against them, it being intended that this notice shall be used to perfect service against all parties who cannot be personally served with a copy of the Application for Order of Condemnation.
