MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE
Default having been made in the terms of that mortgage executed on June 13, 2014 by Kurt A. Faulk, a married man, to EvaBank, which said mortgage is recorded in Book RLPY 2014, Page 29612 in the Probate Office of Limeston County, Alabama, and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, in Athens, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on September 3, 2025:
A tract or parcel of land located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 1 South, Range 5 West, Limestone County, Alabama, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an existing 5/8 inch rebar at the Southwest corner of Section 20, Township 1 South, Range 5 West, the point of true beginning of the herein described tract; thence from the point of true beginning North 00 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 745.61 feet to an existing 5/8 inch rebar with plastic cap stamped "RLS 15455, Ronnie G. Coffman", in the centerline of Chapman Hollow Road (40.00) feet right of way), passing G. Coffman:, on the Southwesterly right of way of said Chapman Hollow Road at a distance of 7116.34 feet, thence South 43 degrees 00 minutes 04 seconds East along the centerline of Chapman Hollow Road a distance of 192.17 feet to a P.K. Nail set; thence continue along the centerline of said Chapman Hollow Road, South 33 degrees 30 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of 770.31 feet to a P.K. Nail set on the south boundary of Section 30; thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes 52 seconds West along the South boundary of said Section 30 a distance of 612.17 feet to the point of true beginning, passing an existing 5/8 inch rebar set with plastic cap stamped "RLS 15455, Ronnie G. Coffman" on the westerly right of way of Chapman Hollow Road at a distance of 25.49 feet.
Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debt and cost of foreclosure.
