LOGS Legal Group LLP, as counsel for Mortgagee or Transferee and under and by virtue of power of sale contained in the said mortgage will, on September 10, 2025, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder at the main entrance of the Limestone County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Athens, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to wit:

THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LOT IS CONVEYED SUBJECT TO SUBDIVISION RESTRICTIONS PLACED AGAINST SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED ON FICHE 94376, PAGE 61, IN THE PROBATE OFFICE OF LIMESTONE COUNTY, ALABAMA.
