Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated November 18, 2002 executed by Leonard Malone and Wilma Malone, in favor of EquiFirst Corporation, said Mortgage being recorded November 19, 2002, in RLPY Book 2002, Page 62420, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama; having later been assigned to New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2018-3 by instrument recorded in RLPY Book 2019, Page 5381, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2018-3, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Limestone County, Alabama on 08/21/2025, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit:

A part of Lot 11 in the Coleman Addition to the Town of Athens, Alabama, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 11 and running thence North 110 feet; thence West 140 feet; thence South 110 feet; thence East 140 feet to the point of beginning.
