Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Stephen A. Jennings, an unmarried man, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Bank of America, N.A., on March 10, 2010, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in RLPY Book 2010 Page 12652; the undersigned Bank of America, N.A., as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Athens, Limestone County, Alabama, on January 5, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit:
Lot 12 of Vestavia Estates Subdivision, Addition No. 4, as shown by the map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book F, Pages 32 and 33, Limestone County Probate Judge's Office, Limestone County, Alabama. The hereinabove described property being one and the same as described in mortgage recorded in RLPY Book 2010 Page 12652 and deeds recorded in RLPY Book 2010 Page 12651 and RLPY Book 2006 Page 81596.
