Meadows an unmarried man, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as a nominee for Trustmark National Bank, said Mortgage being recorded March 30, 2022, in Book 2022, Page 28484, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama; having later been assigned to Trustmark National Bank in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Trustmark National Bank, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Limestone County, Alabama on 09/11/2025, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit:
