NOTICE OF ACTION BY PUBLICATION: Secretary of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United State of America v Jonita Hollins and Ryan Hughes, Case No: 44-CV-2025-900339.00 was filed in the Circuit Court of Limestone County, Alabama on August 21, 2025, seeking possession in that Complaint for an Ejectment Action on the property described as follows:

Lot 49, according to the Plat of Moore's Creek Phase 2, a resubdivision of Moore's Creek Phase I, a resubdivision of Moore's Creek Farm, recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Plat Book H, Page 463.

Jonita Hollins and Ryan Hughes, and persons/entities who reside at the subject property, 126 CREEKROCK DR, Madison, AL 35756 are hereby notified that the above-styled action was filed against you on August 21, 2025, and that by Order of the Court, you are hereby commanded to plead, answer, or otherwise respond to the complaint within 30 days from the last publication, of November 26, 2025, or thereafter suffer judgment to be rendered against the you for the possession of the property because this notice shall be used to perfect service against all parties who are not personally served with a copy of the complaint.
