NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Yasmin Carthen, an unmarried woman, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Trustmark National Bank, its successors and assigns , on May 2, 2018, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, on May 3, 2018 at RLPY Book 2018, at Page 24716; WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust was subsequently modified on June 17, 2021, and said modification being recorded on October 27, 2021 at RLPY Book 2021, at Page 118711. Freedom Mortgage Corporation, the current holder, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Limestone County Courthouse, in Athens, Alabama, on November 13, 2025, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit:
