NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED HEARING


TO: Deandra King and Krislyn King, who are named in a Petition filed with this Court in the above-styled matter as the children of Larissa Simpson, the biological daughter of Ricky Bledsoe who predeceased the said Ricky Bledsoe, whose whereabouts are unknown; and any unknown heirs of the said Larissa Simpson.

Please take notice that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Hearing entered by this Court on June 5, 2026, the hearing on the Petition to Reopen Estate filed with this Court on February 26, 2026, by Petitioner, Anthony Bledsoe, together with his attorney, the Hon. Daniel S. Pickens, has been rescheduled for August 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., at which time you may appear and be heard. Said hearing will be held in the Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex, 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611.
