TO: Amanda S. Howard, Michael W. Simpson, Melissa Bates Dilworth, Christopher S. Simpson, The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, and any others interested in the Estate of Martha Ann Manwarring, Deceased.

Please take notice that pursuant to an Order Scheduling Final Settlement Hearing entered by this Court on July 15, 2026, a Final Settlement Hearing on the Successor Administratrix's Petition for Final Settlement and Discharge filed with this Court by Amanda S. Howard, Successor Administratrix of the Estate of Martha Ann Manwarring, deceased, together with her attorney, the Hon. Brad Phillips, has been scheduled for August 18, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., at which time you may appear and be heard. Said Final Settlement Hearing will be held in the Limestone County Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex at 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611.
