PETITION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE
UNDER ALABAMA SMALL
ESTATES ACT
Notice is hereby given that on June 9, 2026, a Petition for Summary Distribution of Estate under Alabama Small Estates Act was filed with this Court by Petitioner Heather Hathcock, together with her attorney, the Hon. Laura D. Jacobs, for the summary distribution of the Estate of Marion Hathcock, Deceased, and that thirty (30) days after this Notice is published and pursuant to Section 43-2-692, Code of Alabama (1975, as amended), the Court shall be requested to enter an Order directing summary distribution of the estate of the decedent. All persons having claims, objection or business dealing against said estate are required to present same within the time allowed by law to the Limestone County Probate Court, 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611, or same will be forever barred.
