Herriges and Bev-Ann F. Herriges, Pursuant to Code of Alabama (1975), Section 43-2-691, et. seq., for an Order Directing a Summary Distribution of the Estate of Travis Robert Herriges, Deceased was filed with this Court by Petitioners, Darrell L. Herriges and Bev-Ann F. Herriges, the sole heirs at law, next of kin, distributees, devisees, and legatees of Travis Robert Herriges, deceased, together with their attorney, the Hon. Christy W. Richardson, and that thirty (30) days after this Notice is published and pursuant to Section 43-2-692, Code of Alabama (1975, as amended), the Court shall be requested to entered an Order directing summary distribution of the estate of the decedent. All persons having claims, objection or business dealing against said estate are requested to present same within the time allowed by law to the Limestone County Probate Court, 100 South Clinton Street Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611, or same will be forever barred.
