NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT HEARING

TO: Wilma Horton; Andrew Jordan; Andrae Jordan; Lena Malone; Tyrone Malone; Terrance B. Malone, a/k/a Terrence Malone; Tracy L. Malone; Zachariash Lightford; Torry Shawn Malone; Jadius Malone; Amayah Malone, a minor; Allunda Fletcher, Mother and Guardian of Amaya Malone, a minor; Marcus Malone; Sheila Malone; Janice Malone Turner; Annie Malone Redus; Malik Horton; and any others interested in the Estate of Hattie Laura Malone, Deceased.

Please take notice that pursuant to an Order Scheduling Final Settlement Hearing and Appointing Guardian ad Litem entered by this Court on June 9, 2025, a Final Settlement Hearing on the Petition for Final Settlement with attachments thereto filed with this Court by Wilma Horton, as Administratrix of the Estate of Hattie Laura Malone, Deceased, together with her attorney, the Hon. James M. Corder, has been scheduled for July 15, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., at which time you may appear and be heard.

Please also take notice that at said Final Settlement Hearing, the Court will also receive evidence in support of and evidence in opposition to the Compensation Petition with Exhibit thereto filed with this Court by Wilma Horton in her capacity as Administratrix of the Estate of Hattie Laura Malone, deceased.

The Final Settlement Hearing will be held in the Limestone County Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex at 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611.
