To all defendants, named and fictitious, and to all persons claiming an interest in the real property identified hereunder, notice is hereby given of litigation. IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR LIMESTONE COUNTY, ALABAMA 44-CV-2026-900036.00 ZINA SMITH Plaintiff, v. PARCEL # 13-06-14-0-000-002.000 which is more particularly described as follows: Twenty acres taken evenly off of the East side of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter and 60 acres taken evenly off of the West side of the East Half of said Northeast Quarter, all in Section 14, Township 3 South, Range 7 West, less and except a two acre tract described as beginning at the northeast corner of said 60 acre tract, and running South 420 feet; thence West 210 feet: thence North 420 feet; thence East 210 feet to the point of beginning; also, a two acre tract described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the above described 60 acre tract and running east 210 feet; thence North 420 feet; thence West 210 feet; thence South 420 feet to the point of beginning, containing 80 acres, more or less, Section 14, Township 3 South, Range 7 West, Limestone County, Alabama.
