NOTICE OF HEARING

TO: Barbara Trapp, Richard Moore, Larry Moore, Bob Moore, Chad Moore, Blake Moore, Erin Moore Woo, Tiffany Moore, Ira Moore, Susan Wilson, Ivan Fisher, Garey Yocom, Melanie Braswell, Jamie Hines, and Shawn Estes, who are named in a Petition filed in the above-styled matter as one of the heirs and next of kin of Cartina Renae Barnett, and who based upon their address in said Petition reside outside the State of Alabama, as well as Danny Fisher, who as stated in said Petition "Last known address was Homer, GA".

Please take notice that on October 20, 2025, Petitioner Sharon Janice Yocom Pagel filed with this Court a Petition of Sharon Janice Yocom Pagel for the Probate of the Last Will and Testament of Cartina Renae Barnett, Deceased. Also filed with this Court on October 20, 2025, was a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Cartina Renae Barnett.

Please also take notice that pursuant to an Order Scheduling Hearing entered by this Court on October 23, 2025, a hearing on said Petition of Sharon Janice Yocom Pagel for the Probate of the Last Will and Testament of Cartina Renae Barnett, Deceased, has been scheduled for December 4, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex, 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611. You may appear at said hearing and in accordance with Alabama law may contest the same, if you see proper.
