NOTICE OF HEARING

TO: Any and all unknown heirs at law and next of kin of James P. Limbach, a/k/a James Patrick Limbach, whose identities and whereabouts are unknown

Please take notice that pursuant to an Order Scheduling Hearing and Appointing Guardian Ad Litem entered by this Court on October 22, 2025, a hearing on the Petition for Probate of Will filed with this Court on October 16, 2025, by Petitioner Diane Campbell, together with her attorney the Hon. Matthew J. Balch, wherein she requests a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of James P. Limbach be admitted to probate and record, has been scheduled for December 17, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Said hearing will be held in the Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex, 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611. You may appear at said hearing and in accordance with Alabama law may contest the same, if you see proper.
