(2) Tim Kimbrall and Lib Kimbrall, issue of Edwina Kimbrall, deceased issue of Bill Bradford, who is also deceased and was the brother of Bobbie B. Potter and the uncle of Linda J. Potter;

(3) Heirs of Daniel Potter, deceased issue of Thomas Potter, deceased child of Joseph H. Potter, Jr., who is also deceased and was the brother of Richard Alvin Potter and the uncle of Linda J. Potter, whose identities are unknown;

(4) Wayne Potter and Michelle Potter, issue of Thomas Potter, deceased child of Joseph H. Potter, Jr., who is also deceased and was the brother of Richard Alvin Potter and the uncle of Linda J. Potter;

(5) Peggy Potter, child of Joseph H. Potter, Jr., who is deceased and was the brother of Richard Alvin Potter and the uncle of Linda J. Potter;

(6) Brandi Potter and Sherry Potter, issue of Richard Potter, deceased child of James A. Potter, who is also deceased and was the brother of Richard Alvin Potter and the uncle of Linda J. Potter;

(7) Jimmy Terwilliger, Kelly Terwilliger, and Zachary Terwillinger, issue of Terry Ellen Terwilliger, deceased child of James A. Potter, who is also deceased and was the brother of Richard Alvin Potter and the uncle of Linda J. Potter; and

(8) Heirs of Tracy Terwilliger, deceased issue of Terry Ellen Terwilliger, deceased child of James A. Potter, who is also deceased and was the brother of Richard Alvin Potter and the uncle of Linda J. Potter, who identities are unknown.

Please take notice that pursuant to an Order Scheduling Hearing and Appointing Guardian Ad Litem entered by this Court on May 29, 2025, a hearing on the Petition to Probate the Last Will and Testament of Linda J. Potter, and for issuance of Letters Testamentary to Wende Potter Becker as Personal Representative filed with this Court by Petitioner, Wende Potter Becker, together with her attorney, the Hon. Daniel D. Dwyer, has been scheduled for July 23, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., at which time you may appear and in accordance with Alabama law my contest the same, is you see proper. Said hearing will be held in the Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex, 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611.
