NOTICE OF HEARING

TO: J. Leon Bradford, Pat Hill, Mary Bradford Jaco, Nancy Potter, Tammy Farrington, Robert Farrington, and Doris Potter Zuch, who are identified of record in the above styled matter as heirs-at-law of Linda J. Potter, a/k/a Lyn Potter, a/k/a Linda Jean Potter, who based upon their address of record reside outside the State of Alabama.

Please take notice that pursuant to an Order Scheduling Hearing and Appointing Guardian Ad Litem entered by this Court on May 29, 2025, a hearing on the Petition to Probate the Last Will and Testament of Linda J. Potter, and for issuance of Letters Testamentary to Wende Potter Becker as Personal Representative filed with this Court by Petitioner, Wende Potter Becker, together with her attorney, the Hon. Daniel D. Dwyer, has been scheduled for July 23, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., at which time you may appear and in accordance with Alabama law my contest the same, is you see proper. Said hearing will be held in the Probate Court Hearing Room located in the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex, 100 South Clinton Street, Suite D, Athens, Alabama 35611.
