Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Maria Guadalupe Luna and Alfredo Lagunas, on the 24TH day of January, 2025, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate for Limestone County, Alabama. Billy C. Smith, the owner and holder of said mortgage, will sell at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Main door (West door) of the Limestone County Courthouse, Athens, Alabama, on the 12th day of May, 2025, at 1 o'clock, pm, the following described property, located in the County of Limestone and State of Alabama, to wit:
One acre in the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 2 South, Range 5 West, and further described as beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 26, and run thence North 2 degrees and 30 minutes West along the Section line in a County Road 210 feet; thence leaving the Section line and running North 88 degrees and 10 minutes East 210 feet; thence South 2 degrees and 30 minutes East 210 feet to the Quarter-Quarter Section line; thence South 88 degrees and 10 minutes West 210 feet to the point of beginning and containing one acre, more or less.
